Did you know that you are an answer to prayer?

In my early twenties, I made a list of things that I dreamed would happen in my life, and getting to write, speak, and encourage others was on my list.

I didn't know then how or when that would happen, but God has been so good in ordering my steps in such a way that I get to send you a Happy Thanksgiving email today.

My team often hears me say that I'm so grateful that I get to do this, and more importantly, I'm so grateful that, in some way, you find the content we create and deliver to you to be a blessing.

Some days, the road is beautiful but also steep.

This is code for "things are not always easy."

There have been many times when I've questioned whether I'm in the right spot doing the right thing. But God is always faithful in confirming in some way that I'm headed in the right direction and still on the right path.

Many times, that encouragement comes from you.

• A comment on a social media post.
• A reply to an email.
• A testimonial from an Inner Circle member.
• An encouragement in my DMs
• A hug from someone in person who has been receiving my emails for a period of time.

So, I just wanted to send you a note this Thanksgiving morning to tell you that I appreciate you and am grateful that you allow me the privilege of showing up in your inbox week in and week out.

My prayer for you today is that you will look for gratitude, even if the path feels a little steep right now.

Your gratitude forms the lenses in the glasses through which you can see the beauty in your life more clearly and receive encouragement to carry on.

Carry on, my friend.

I'm grateful for you.

I'm even more thankful for the journey God placed you on, which made it possible for me to connect with you right here today.
